1. Who we are

This store is run by AntDigital KC, a small business in Kansas City, Missouri ("AntDigital KC", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to anyone who visits antdigitalkc.com or buys from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our products

Every mug is printed to order for you by our print partner and shipped straight from their facility. Product photos are digital previews. The finished mug can vary a little in color, brightness and print placement from what you see on your screen. That's normal for print-on-demand and is not a defect.

3. About our designs

Our designs are parody and commentary. AntDigital KC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or any other company named on our products. Company and product names on our mugs belong to their owners and are used only to make the joke.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a price or product detail was listed in error or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Payment

Payments are processed at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Timing and costs are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, or is lost in transit, we'll make it right as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Our content

Our designs, photos, text and the rest of this site belong to AntDigital KC or the people who license them to us. Buying a mug gives you the mug, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design. Please don't use our content without written permission.

9. Your feedback

If you send us comments, ideas or reviews, we may use them to improve our products or share them, without owing you anything. We won't publish your full name without asking.

10. Using the site

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other shoppers. We may block access for anyone who does.

11. Services we rely on

The store runs on Shopify, and our print partner makes and ships your order. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the parts they handle. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is shared with them.

12. Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those stated in our policies. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
